Location of the Iowa Holocaust Memorial in Des Moines

The Memorial is located on the West Terrace of the Iowa Capitol, near the corner of East 7th Street and Grand Avenue in Des Moines. Across the street, to the west, is the Iowa Historical Building.

Free parking is available in the parking garage on the north side of the street on Pennsylvania Avenue ( the extension of E. 7) and Grand Avenue. And there are spaces for parking on East 9th, between Grand and Walnut. There is metered parking nearby as well.
